marfrit e2991ff55b linux-pinetab2-danctnix-besser: re-enable CONFIG_SHADOW_CALL_STACK ...

GCC 16.1.1 fixed the arm_neon.h #pragma target + SCS interaction.
The cumulative patch already had a CFLAGS_xor-neon.o workaround.
Verified on boltzmann with GCC 16.1.1 (test build exit code 0).
