daedalus-v4l2-dkms: postinst builds only for running kernel; modules missing after kernel-switch reboot

Fixed via #65 (merged) and validated on higgs.

firefox-fourier patch #3: accept AV_HWDEVICE_TYPE_V4L2REQUEST too

PR #61 fixed the InitV4L2RequestDecoder path — but the probe (GetAcceleratedFormats) still rejects H.264 before the init even runs

Verified on higgs after the merged `1:150.0.3-1+rpt1+fourier3…
