Markus Fritsche eff4f0073e grinder: overlay uncommitted working-tree files into the worktree + baseline

The grinder worktreed a clean HEAD, so a fresh @testdesigner spec (uncommitted)
was invisible to @py. Now: copy the repo modified+untracked files onto the
worktree, commit HEAD+working-tree as a grind baseline (diff shows only the
grinders changes), stage before diffing (new files appear). Verified green on an
uncommitted spec. @testdesigner->@py needs no manual commit.
