Deployed noether scripts had drifted from the repo; capture the real deltas so
the running fleet == the reproducible artifact:
- lurker/bullpen-lurker: .persist opt-in -> one long-lived opencode session per
nick over the oc-rpc HTTP API (persistent-session continuity)
- bin/bullpen-triage: default backend qwen3.6-coding -> deepseek-v4-flash-dspark
(qwen backend went dead 2026-07-23)
- bin/bullpen-selfimprove: minor
- lurker/{artdesigner,textwriter}_lurker: two new personas (local DeepSeek,
opencode runtime) - CLAUDE.md contract + .ocmodel + .runtime
